No — plans are month-to-month. Cancel any time after the first month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?+
Yes. Move between plans whenever your needs change.
How do I amend my plan?+
Log in and open ‘My account’ from the top-right of any page. Under ‘Change plan’, pick Basic, Standard or Professional and confirm — we'll switch you over from your next billing cycle. Upgrades unlock new features straight away; downgrades keep your current features until the cycle ends. Prefer we do it for you? Just reply to any of our emails.
How are updates handled?+
Basic is pay-as-you-go — website changes and updates are charged per request. Standard and Professional include frequent updates (fair use) at no extra cost.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and card for the setup fee. Monthly plan by Direct Debit.
